The Kyauk Kuu Pyin community in Myanmar's Shan State is home to over 400 Danu families cultivating Catuai coffee on small plots. Embracing natural processing, a sustainable method crucial in regions where water conservation is vital, they produce coffees with vibrant, clean flavors. Their dedication to quality and sustainability is transforming Myanmar's coffee landscape.

In Ethiopia's Gedeb Zone, the Chelbesa Danche Washing Station, managed by SNAP Specialty Coffee, collaborates with approximately 800 smallholder farmers. Utilizing the honey process, they produce coffees that are bright, floral, and full of sweetness, showcasing the best of Ethiopian coffee craftsmanship.
