This blend brings together two really fun Ethiopian coffees: our beloved Fresh Perspective natural and the vibrant Kolla Bolcha washed lot. The cup is juicy, sweet, and a little nostalgic, with notes of peach cobbler, strawberry jam, and cotton candy, balanced by soft florals and a smooth finish that keeps getting better as it cools.
Fresh Perspective, one of our most recognizable coffees, lays the foundation with its juicy berry-forward profile and rich sweetness. Combined with the clean structure and honeyed florals of Kolla Bolcha, the cup feels lively, comforting, and endlessly drinkable.
