and CEO Khanh Trang is heavily involved in the day-to-day. Khanh works
closely with our team of passionate, quality-driven individuals on a mission
to make a positive impact in our communities at origin and home.

We'll use our decades of industry experience to help you choose the right gear, menu, and systems to operate a successful coffee program.
Our dedicated coffee trainers offer frequent check-ins and free education for your leadership team.
Collaboration Over Competition
GG started in 2015, when founders Khanh Trang and Trey Cobb decided to follow their dreams (and their palates) to form a roasting company in the Texas Hill Country. Cafés in East Austin and Bee Cave followed in 2018.
In 2023, we closed our cafe locations and fully committed ourselves to sourcing and roasting the best coffee possible. With this model, we can better serve and support our wholesale partners nationwide.
