METICULOUSLY ROASTED
GIVING BACK
Golden Apple, Dried Fig, and Caramel
Bolivia may be one of South America’s quieter coffee origins, but Finca Rosita makes for quite the underdog. Set on the eastern slopes of the Andes in Caranavi’s Illimani community, this 32-hectare, family-run farm is cared for by the Valverde-Aramayo family and named for their matriarch, Rosa Angelica Aramayo.
Dedicated exclusively to coffee, Finca Rosita is thoughtfully divided into single-variety plots. This lot is Catuai, grown between 1,350 and 1,740 masl, then fully washed to bring forward a crisp, clear, and balanced cup. Expect notes reminiscent of Golden Apple, Dried Fig, and Caramel.

Story
Tucked into the lush, mountainous landscape of Caranavi, Finca Rosita represents Bolivia’s distinctive potential as a specialty-coffee producer. Although the country’s landlocked geography and export challenges can make it less visible on the global coffee stage, farms like Finca Rosita show the care and precision present within its coffee communities.
The washed process keeps the integrity of this Catuai: ripe cherries are processed to remove fruit before drying on patios, allowing the coffee’s gentle sweetness, clean structure, and high-elevation character to come through. It is an approachable, quietly expressive coffee—rooted in family tradition and shaped by the Andes.
