Celebrate the start of a new year with a blend as vibrant and rich as the traditions it honors. Our Lunar New Year Blend brings together three exceptional Vietnamese coffees, each with its own story, offering a full-bodied, harmonious cup that embodies the spirit of Vietnamese coffee culture. This blend kicks off our New Year’s resolution of featuring Asian coffees prominently in our lineup!

 Our black honey processed robusta, Lam Dong, is the propelling engine of our Lunar New Year Blend. This coffee provides the deep, rich body that is characteristic of Vietnamese robusta coffees. Known for their unique flavor and higher caffeine content, the Robusta offers bold notes of dark chocolate, toasted nuts, and a hint of molasses. Their bitterness is perfect for balancing out the sweetness and complexity of its two Arabica counterparts.

The other two lots that make up this Vietnamese coffee trio are both grown in the highlands of Vietnam, these coffees add smoothness and a subtle sweetness to the blend. Expect delicate hints of caramel, brown sugar syrup, and chocolate, which round out the deeper flavors of the Robusta and bring balance to the cup. This gives the blend a bright, lively acidity that lifts the cup profile and offers an inviting complexity without overwhelming that delicate balance.
