The first component comes from the Kanzu washing station in Rwanda, nestled against the Nyungwe national forest. The misty microclimate slows cherry maturation, resulting in a complex and balanced coffee. The second component is from the Bishan Dimo washing station in Ethiopia's Guji region, known for its cattle farming and increasingly famous for its coffee. This blend combines the rich traditions of Ethiopian coffee culture with the innovative spirit of entrepreneurs. Both coffees are dried on raised beds and soaked for added depth and complexity.
