Take a look at our current offerings We cover everything from pour over workshops to cuppings, latte art, and even an introduction to espresso. Looking for something a little different?   1. Pour Over Workshops:

Everything you need to know about pour overs: grind size, ratio, brewing techniques, devices, and different single origins. You will learn how the shape of the brewer affects the taste, the importance of blooming, the role of the temperature in your brew. 


  1. Cuppings:

You'll try multiple coffees side by side and learn variations by origin, process, and roast profile. Using the official coffee flavor wheel, you’ll identify tasting notes and distinguish differences in aroma, body, sweetness, and acidity. 


  1. Latte Art:

Get creative and learn how to pour in this interactive coffee class! Our expert trainer will demonstrate the best practices for frothing milk and pouring simple designs, followed by lots of hands-on practice. Your team will get vulnerable learning a new skill, experiment with different flavor combinations, and show off their more artistic side. Best for small groups.


  1. Introduction to Espresso:

Learn how to put your home espresso machine to work in this hands-on workshop in Dripping Springs. You'll learn how to select beans for espresso, prepare a perfect shot, adjust grind settings, and troubleshoot common home espresso machine issues.
