Cupping is the way we brew coffee to evaluate it for its quality. Join us as we taste 10 coffees side by side, paying close attention to sensory aspects like aroma, body, sweetness, and acidity. You’ll leave feeling caffeinated and confident in your own personal preferences when it comes to specialty coffee!
This class utilizes the Specialty Coffee Association Modified Cupping Protocol.
