The Fully Washed flavor from the DungK'nớ region will bring you a unique experience. Unlike methods such as Honey, Natural, or Anaerobic Fermentation, which involve longer fermentation times during coffee bean drying—where the mucilage layer is still influenced by temperature and humidity, encouraging microorganisms to release enzymes that break down the mucilage layer and create more flavors in the coffee beans—the "Fully Washed" process removes the mucilage layer surrounding the coffee beans. This way, the beans don't ferment during drying, allowing them to express their full flavor potential. As a result, you can clearly taste the unique characteristics of the region, variety, and type of coffee you're enjoying, savoring its purest form!

Story

In the Chăm language, "K'ho" means "people of the mountains." These resilient folks have lived for thousands of generations under the gentle guardianship of the forests. The forest has taught them how to live, hunt, and gather, and they know every stream, tree, and animal like an old friend. As long as the forest and the people thrive, they cherish and protect the heritage and resources given to them by nature. Among these treasures are the coffee trees, which hold a special place in their hearts.

‘At Lộc Rừng, we are committed to three goals: "Protect the forest, help people, and make great coffee." This philosophy ensures a healthy coffee-growing region, improves the well-being of local people, and enhances the value of coffee in terms of flavor and quality in the Đưng K'nó area. We strive to make every cup of coffee filled with the rich heritage and vibrant flavors of our region.’

The coffee farms in Vietnam are predominantly privately owned, with 95% of the coffee farms being privately run. Of the total coffee production area, approximately 85% is cultivated by smallholder households. Around 63% of these farms are operated by families managing less than one hectare. The remaining 5% are state-run, but this number is decreasing as land is increasingly distributed to small farmers.

Through this network of dedicated smallholders, Vietnam has become a major player in global coffee production. While it ranks 13th in Arabica production, Vietnam is second in the world for overall coffee volume, with only Brazil surpassing it.
