It’s been almost two weeks since COVID made things really complicated here on planet Earth and I don't know about you, but each morning I feel like I’ve woken up from a bad dream.
I get out of bed, wash my teeth and face, and go to the kitchen to make myself a cup of coffee. It's business as usual before I start scrolling my news feed and remember that yes, this is all happening in real life.
Despite the pandemic, my morning ritual has not changed. In fact, I think it’s what’s keeping me sane. I know I’m not alone in this. We see you, Greater Goods customers. We see you on Instagram and Facebook brewing your coffee at home and we salute you. If you ever have any questions, want some tips, or just wanna talk, please shoot us a message at email@example.com or on Instagram/Facebook. We’re here for you.
The hospitality industry is getting hit hard by this, but we believe it will come back stronger than ever. In the meantime, our production team is working swiftly to make sure your home office never runs out of coffee.
Our temporary set up at our Austin cafe!
Are you open? Yes! Both locations are open for to-go service only, with adjusted hours. 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. in Austin and 7 a.m. - 3 p.m in Bee Cave. We are offering our full menu at both locations.
Can I place an order for pickup? Of course! The easiest way to do this is by ordering online here. We've got drinks, beans, pastries, and other bulk items available for purchase. Again, that's cafes.greatergoodsroasting.com for online ordering.
Can I purchase bulk-sized coffee in person? Yep! We have 2lb and 5lb whole bean coffee available at our East 5th location and at the Lakeline and Mueller farmers markets. We advise calling ahead to make sure the coffee you want is in stock.
Can I bring my own mug? Unfortunately not. We are using to-go cups only. This is a hard one for us, but it's the right thing to do right now.
How about my growler? Yes! We will gladly fill your cold brew growlers. You keep the lid, and we'll sanitize and fill them on the spot!
How can I help your baristas? Thank you for asking! Tips make up a large portion of our baristas' wages. Even though we’re keeping our operations open, we are not nearly as busy. We’ve started a virtual tip jar to help them out during these hard times. Please consider throwin’ a little change their way on Venmo: @GGBaristas
What's the deal with classes and the training lab? All public cuppings and classes have been canceled. Our training lab is closed until further notice. Please contact us directly if you have any concerns.

I saw in the Dripping Springs visitor information that your Dripping Springs location host coffee and cars on the last Sunday of the month. If things go good, do you thing the last Sunday in June it will happen?
