Medium, about a 15 on a Baratza Encore
350g(ml), 208 degrees
2 minutes, 30 seconds
Rinse filter with hot water over cup, letting drain completely. Dump rinse water.
Add ground coffee to filter.
Start your timer and pour 50g of water over grounds, initiating your bloom phase!
At 30 seconds, add 150g of water, pouring in concentric circles from the center to the outer edge, being sure to saturate the entire bed.
Once the first pour has fully drained, add another 150g of water.
The brew should finish around 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Adjust grind and dose accordingly to achieve optimal extraction.
