Aeropress.

Drip, Inverted Method.

One of our suitcase must-haves and the perfect camping buddy, the Aeropress is durable, easy to clean, and tons of fun.

20g / 1.5 Aeropress scoops

Brewer's Choice

Good Vibes

Grind

Medium-Fine, 3 on a Fellow Ode

Water

200mL / 7oz / 195F

Ratio

1:10

Brew Time

2 minutes

Pro Tip

If the final brew tastes too strong, add some hot water to dilute to your preferred strength.

1. Prep

Place a paper filter into the filter cap. Rinse with hot water and set aside.

Place aeropress upside down with plunger inserted to just below the '4' mark.

Add freshly ground coffee to the press using the funnel.

2. Brew

Start your timer and pour 45mL of water over grounds, being sure to saturate them evenly. Stir vigorously for 10 seconds.

At 45 seconds, add the remaining water to the rim of your Aeropress. Stir gently to incorporate.

Tighten filter cap to the top and wait.

At 1:45 minutes, flip the aeropress over onto a mug or carafe, plunging slowly but without too much pressure for about 20 seconds.

When you hear a hiss, remove pressure.

Pour and enjoy.

Cheers!
