End User License Agreement

1. Scope
This Agreement governs use of a private, internal software integration ("the Software") operated by Greater Goods for its own business operations. The Software is not distributed, sold, or licensed to any third party.
2. License
The Software is for the sole and exclusive internal use of Greater Goods. No license is granted to any other person or entity.
3. Permitted use
The Software connects to Greater Goods' own QuickBooks Online company, with authorization, to retrieve accounting data on a read-only basis for internal financial reporting and analysis. The Software does not modify accounting records.
4. Data
Handling of data accessed by the Software is described in the Privacy Policy. Data is stored locally on Greater Goods' own systems and is not shared with third parties.
5. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Greater Goods assumes all risk associated with its internal use.
6. Termination
Access may be revoked at any time via Intuit account settings, terminating the Software's ability to access data.
