Last year, Khanh and Danny were able to go to origin, and visit several incredible farms in Nicaragua. Follow along to hear about their experience, and why the Santa Teresa is a brew you've simply got to try.

Brew La Esperanza with Justin

Chemex Recipe

Coffee: 40g

Water: 640g

Ratio: 1:16

Grind Size: Medium-coarse

Justin is our Head Roaster, and when we asked him to do a brew video, he just about ran for the hills. He's a team player, though, and we got to him to share his chemex recipe for La Esperanza. As a frequent drinker of his chemex pour overs, this is absolutely one of my favorites - or as Justin likes to say, "it's pretty good". Happy brewing! Cheers!
