This special AA lot of coffee was produced by members of the Gitwe Farmers Cooperative Society. Coffee varieties are 99% SL28 and SL34. Selectively handpicked and delivered directly to the cooperative’s wet mill on the same day as picking. After pulping, the coffee is fermented overnight and is then sent through washing channels to be density sorted before being delivered to the soaking tank. After soaking, coffee is spread out on raised drying tables.
