Intermediate Brew Methods

This class is designed with the experienced brewer in mind. Students should have a good understanding of pour-over and immersion brew methods. No prerequisites necessary, but Intro to Brew Methods is recommended.
Coffee enthusiasts will dive deeper into the elements of brewing, with an emphasis on extraction and strength. We'll discuss the "why" behind each brew method by manipulating different variables and evaluating the results. You'll have hands-on practice time, and leave feeling more confident about dialing in your next bag of beans.
This class is taught by lead trainer, Miranda Haney.
