A wide-ranging 2-day brewing class for curious enthusiasts and hospitality professionals. You'll dive headfirst into the seven elements of brewing, experiment with variables and analyze data, and design brew recipes to meet extraction and TDS targets. This class culminates in a written and practical exam.

Course registration fees are non-refundable. Students may transfer registration to another course date with 7 day notice.
