Intro to Roasting
Have you always wanted to roast your own coffee? Try your hand at the craft with this fun, interactive 90-minute workshop! You’ll explore the sensory aspects of roasting, from color change to first crack to sugar browning. Learn the importance of temperature, airflow, and much more! Students will roast on our Probat BRZ sample roaster and leave with a pound of their own coffee to take home.
No roasting experience required. This class is intended for the total beginner. Looking for something more advanced? Check out our SCA offerings.
Limit 1-2 students per session for personalized instruction.
