Try your hand at the craft of roasting coffee with this fun, one-on-one workshop at Greater Goods. You’ll explore the sensory aspects of roasting, from color change to first crack to sugar browning. Learn the importance of temperature, airflow, and much more! Students will roast on a Probat BRZ sample roaster and leave with a bag of their own coffee to take home.
No roasting experience required. This class is designed for the total beginner.
