4-Week Tasting Workshop

The only way to get better at tasting coffee is to taste more coffee. Join us every Thursday morning in July for focused cupping classes led by lead trainer, Miranda Haney. Each week we’ll dive into a different aspect of the SCA cupping form, from acidity and sweetness to body and balance. You’ll try a wide variety of coffees, keep a weekly tasting log, and ultimately challenge yourself with a blind triangulation in Week 4. 

This class is designed for all skill levels. Limit 10 students per class.

Class is scheduled for 7:30 a.m. - 9 a.m. on Thursdays, July 7-28, 2022. If classes are skipped, students may reschedule to the next available session. No refunds will be issued.
