Limited Time Offering Named after the historic neighborhood of our East Austin cafe, Holly Blend is a festive blend of beans from cooperative farms in Colombia and Kenya. This coffee's a cold-weather pleasure, with complex notes that remind of us of fruit cake (but like, in a good way). Brew it on pour-over to highlight its juicy fruit aspects, on drip to bring out more chocolate tones, or on French press to build up some big, bold body. No matter the brew method, it’ll fit in perfectly with any feast.
