Agua Colorada - Peru

Fuji Apple, Green Grape, Brown Sugar

Organic • Limited Time Offering In a tiny region called Agua Colorada in the mountains of Northern Peru, you'll find Finca Ecológica, a farm with an admirable commitment to environmental sustainability and a remarkable focus on quality. Producer Gilmer Mejia Cordova may only be in his 20s (he inherited the family farm from his father), but this subtly complex microlot proves he knows his stuff. With fresh notes of Fuji apple and grape sitting atop a lightly caramelized brown sugar foundation, you'll be glad you nabbed a bag.
